This website provides information about Nahid Web Studio services, examples, pricing ranges, project onboarding and contact options.

Submitting a form, WhatsApp message or onboarding response does not automatically create a contract.
A project starts only after scope, timeline, responsibilities, payment terms and deliverables are confirmed in writing.
Website prices shown on the site are starting points and estimates, not final quotes.
Final pricing depends on pages, content, languages, integrations, ecommerce, booking, SEO, maintenance, urgency and support requirements.
Most projects may require a deposit before work starts and a final payment before launch or handover unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, approved content, images, legal text, access, feedback and approvals on time.
Clients must have rights to any logos, photos, text, fonts, brand assets, product information or third-party materials they provide.
Clients should not send passwords through normal website forms. Use temporary accounts or secure password sharing.

Nahid Web Studio is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes or account restrictions caused by third-party providers.
Nahid Web Studio builds websites with clear structure, mobile-first UX, metadata, technical SEO basics and practical contact sections.
No ranking, revenue, lead volume, ad result, Google Maps position or business outcome is guaranteed because these depend on market, competition, content, budget, reviews, offers and external platforms.
Client-provided materials remain the client's responsibility and ownership where applicable.
Custom work ownership, licensing, source files and reuse rights should be defined in the project proposal or invoice terms.
Nahid Web Studio may show non-confidential finished work as portfolio material unless a written confidentiality agreement says otherwise.
Launch support, maintenance, updates, security checks, backups, edits and monitoring are included only when specified in the project scope or care plan.
Websites require ongoing maintenance. Unsupported sites may become outdated, insecure or slower over time.
To the extent permitted by law, Nahid Web Studio is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, platform outages, third-party failures, unauthorized account changes, client-provided content issues or business decisions made from website information.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
