Scope & proposal
Agree the deliverables, responsibilities, revision allowance, dependencies, cost and schedule in writing before production.
Build & review
Develop the agreed direction, review meaningful milestones and test the important user journeys. Changes outside the scope are discussed before work is added.
Handover & support
Deliver the agreed files, access and documentation. Training, hosting, maintenance and ongoing support are included only when specified in the proposal.
Scope & conditions
Subscriptions, domains, hosting, ad spend, payment charges, travel, samples and specialist services are separate unless the proposal explicitly includes them. No sales, ranking or investment return is guaranteed.
Catalogues
China services are sourcing and coordination assistance: product research, supplier information checks, visits and comparisons within the agreed scope. The client makes purchasing decisions and contracts providers directly. Importing, exporting, freight, customs clearance and certification are not supplied.
