This Privacy Policy explains how Nahid Web Studio collects, uses, stores and protects personal data submitted through this website, lead forms, onboarding forms, WhatsApp links and project communication.

This page is written in plain language for website visitors and clients. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified Moroccan data-protection lawyer or accountant.
Nahid Web Studio is the data controller for information collected through nahidwebstudio.com.

Lead and audit forms: name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp, city, business type, service needed, budget, timeline, current website or Instagram, preferred contact method and project message.
Client onboarding: business details, goals, service areas, target audience, page needs, content drafts, brand preferences, asset links, access checklist status and project preparation notes.
Technical and security data: source page, timestamp, browser/user agent and a hashed IP value used for spam control and rate limiting. Raw IP addresses are not intentionally stored in lead records.
Analytics data, only when analytics is enabled and accepted: page URL, page title, device type, traffic source, scroll depth and CTA/form events. Form message content, emails and phone numbers are not sent as analytics event parameters.
Project records after you become a client: proposal details, invoice details, payment status, files, approvals, support messages and delivery notes when needed to provide the service.

Professional providers such as accounting, legal, payment or subcontracting support when required for a project and under appropriate confidentiality expectations.
Public authorities if required by law. Nahid Web Studio does not sell personal data.
Some providers used for hosting, analytics, email, WhatsApp or project delivery may process data outside Morocco. Nahid Web Studio only uses these tools for business operations and aims to limit shared data to what is necessary.
Do not submit passwords through normal forms. Use a temporary admin account or secure password manager sharing method when access is required.
Unconverted lead and audit requests are normally kept for up to 24 months, unless a shorter period is requested or a longer period is needed for legal protection.
Client onboarding information is normally kept during the project and for up to 24 months after the project unless it becomes part of active project documentation.
Invoices, contracts and accounting records may be kept for the period required by applicable accounting, tax or legal obligations.
Analytics retention depends on the configured analytics provider and should be reviewed when Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity or another analytics tool is activated.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or opposition to processing where applicable.
To request data deletion or correction, email contact@nahidwebstudio.com with the subject "Data request" and include enough information to verify the request.
Nahid Web Studio may need to keep limited records when required for tax, accounting, legal dispute, security or fraud-prevention reasons.
If you believe your rights under Moroccan data protection law are not respected, you may contact the CNDP.
The website uses HTTPS, WordPress nonces, honeypot spam checks, form validation, rate limiting and private WordPress lead records.
Only authorized administrators should access stored lead and onboarding submissions.
No public page should display submitted lead or onboarding information.
This website is for business inquiries and is not intended for children. Do not submit information about minors unless it is necessary for an approved project and handled under a separate written scope.
This policy may be updated when services, tracking tools, legal requirements or business processes change. The latest version is shown on this page.
